Developmental Editor

As the editor of the well-known Doctor Who Audio Novel range for Big Finish, I have worked with many renowned science fiction authors - taking them from commission, through to working on their pitches, and then working with them through several drafts of their manuscripts.

Series Creator, Showrunner and Scriptwriter

Recently, I was co-creator of the supernatural drama series, FALLEN, based on the best-selling books by Lauren Kate. The series is now showing in Canada, the USA, Europe and South America.

I created the BBC1 returning award-winning period drama series, LAND GIRLS and I was the Showrunner on HUMANS for Endemol Shine China and Croton Media. HUMANS is the first sci-fi thriller series ever made for Chinese television. I story-lined the 30 part series (based on the AMC/C4 series). The series aired in China on TenCent and iQiyi gaining over 30 million views in the first day!

My children’s feature film 2:HRS received its theatrical premiere in the UK.​​

Script Editor and Consultant

As well as working as script editor on numerous projects, I was  recently  employed as a mentor on the prestigious Bridging the Dragon event - where I mentored projects from producers in China and Europe. I also was a mentor at the London Screenwriters' Festival Talent Campus. I have given guest lectures at a variety of UK universities including Westminster, Oxford Brookes,  and De Montford.

Recently, I was invited to Islands of Fiction as part of the Mallorca Film Festival - to talk about TV series development.

Awards

My awards include the London Writers' Award, a Royal Television Society Award, a Broadcast Award for Best Programme, and a Redemptive Storyteller Award. I also got nominations for TAPS Comedy Award and the Southend New Writing Festival.
